福建蒲桃属7种植物叶表皮特征的比较.PDFVIP

Bioengineering College, Fuj ian Normal University , Fuzhou 350007, Fuj ian, China) Abstract : Micromorpholo ical characters of leaf epidermis of 7 species of Syzygium in Fujianwere examined by LM and SEM.The main conclusions are as follows: 1)The stomatal apparatus of 7 species of Syzyg ium, only restricted to the lower leaf epidermis,was assi ned to paracytic type. The stomatal index was between 13. 7%and 24. 28% ; 2) The shape of epidermal cells with the nearly strai ht or sinuolate or sinuate pattern of anticlinal wall was enerally ir- re ular, sometimes poly onal; 3) The wax ornamentation of the cuticular membrane of the leaf epidermis and the sur- face of the uard cell was mainly cavernulous, sometimes scaly or smooth.
