Vershum案所提供的判例总结 In an action to reform a trust deed, plaintiffs appealed from a decree of the Circuit Court, Multnomah County, William M. Dale, J., denying the relief requested. The Supreme Court held that reformation was correctly denied where there was no evidence to establish a mistake of the scrivener or mutual mistake. Here, the evidence showed only unilateral mistake on the part of the plaintiffs, unattended by fraud or other inequitable conduct on the part of defendants. Affirmed.
