This article is to in one kind of green rice and one kind of ordinary rice the calcium, the potassium, the zinc, the copper, the phosphorus element and the protein using the atomic absorption spectrophotometric method, the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method, the kelvin fixation of nitrogen carries on the determination, analyzes two kind of rice to the human body beneficial degree. In the green paddy rice the calcium, the zinc element and the protein content are bigger than in the ordinary paddy rice the content, in the green paddy rice the potassium, copper, the phosphorus element content are smaller than in the ordinary paddy rices content.
