摘 要 ABSTRACT With the development of road traffic, primary and secondary school traffic presents diversification trend. Because the school peripheral road transport infrastructure is not perfect, management is not in place and other reasons, resulting in a write semester school periphery traffic more confusion, this is also the road traffic problems. In view of the student traffic convenience, safety cannot be guaranteed, strengthen the school peripheral transportation research and improvement has important practical significance. School peripheral traffic safety by the parents on the school transfer students and caused the congestion, primary and middle school students safety traffic behavior characteristics, the perimeter of the school complex traffic environment and so on, the campus road traffic safety has been a serious threat to the safety of primary and secondary school students. Domestic students in middle and primary schools in the area of traffic safety research, mainly from the aspects of transportation, travel time analysis of traffic characteristic and a summary of recommendations for improvement, or from the perspective of education to strengthen the traffic safety, no systematic analysis and improve the school peripheral road traffic environment, in order to guarantee the students safety. In this paper, primary and secondary schools around the pedestrian crossing facilities, bus station, parking traffic disruption caused by the fundamental problem is analyzed in detail, and the method of combining with typical cases, based on the different types of Dalian City schools surrounding traffic there was a problem to undertake the system studies, put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.
