基于社会与生态资产核算的生态文明建设水平综合评价摘要：为构建基于生态资产空间格局的生态文明定量评价体系，揭示喀斯特脆弱山区生态保护与社会经济发展之间的矛盾，明确生态文明建设的推进方向。文章从生态资产变化的角度，建立涵盖生态资产和综合社会经济2个评价角度，9个评价指标的模糊综合评价指标体系，并对贵阳市1995-2010年生态文明建设水平进行评价。结果表明:贵阳市1995-2010年生态文明建设水平不断提升，且年际增长率相对稳定，1995年生态文明综合评价值由1728.83×104元提升至2010年的51600.61×104元，年均增长率达8.58%。从历年生态资产与社会资产的变化特征来看，导致生态文明建设水平提升的关键是是社会资产的大幅提升。基于社会资产与生态资产核算的生态文明建设水平综合评价方法具有典型、可定量的特点，对生态文明建设水平评估提供良好参考。关键词：生态资产土地利用生态文明动态评价Comprehensive evaluation of ecological civilization construction level based on social and ecological assets accountingAbstract: In order to build a quantitative evaluation system of ecological civilization based on the spatial pattern of ecological assets, the contradiction between ecological protection and social economic development in the fragile mountain area of Karst is revealed, and the advancing direction of ecological civilization construction is clear. From the angle of the change of ecological assets, this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system of 9 evaluation indexes, which covers the 2 perspectives of ecological assets and comprehensive social economic evaluation, and evaluates the level of ecological civilization construction in Guiyang city in 1995-2010. The results show that: the level of ecological civilization construction in Guiyang city in is increasing, and the annual growth rate is relatively stable. The comprehensive evaluation of the ecological civilization in 1995 increased from 1728.83×104 yuan in 2010, and the average annual growth rate of 51600.61×104 yuan. From the historical changes of ecological assets and social assets, the key is to enhance the level of ecological civilization construction is a substantial increase in social assets. The comprehensive evaluation method of ecological civilization construction level based on social assets and ecological assets accounting has typical and quantitative characteristics, and provides a good reference for the construction of ecological civilization.Key words: ecological ass
