毕业设计(论文)  螺旋输送机设计 （倾斜安装） 所 在 学 院 专 业 班 级 姓 名 学 号 指 导 老 师 年 月 日 摘 要 螺旋输送机俗称绞龙，螺旋输送机是一种利用螺旋叶片的旋转，推动物料沿着料槽 运送的输送设备，在建筑工地，储粮仓库，制造车间等，并在倾角 β＜  20 °的情况下， 输送粉状，颗粒状和小块物料，使螺旋输送机对提高生产工作效率得到了很大体现，本 次设计旨在对螺旋输送机进行创新设计，进一步提高它的实用性。 本次毕业设计是关于输送机的设计。首先对输送机作了简单的概述；接着分析了输 送机的选型原则及计算方法；然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求 进行选型设计；接着对所选择的输送机各主要零部件进行了校核。普通型输送机由六个 主要部件组成：传动装置，机尾和导回装置，中部机架，拉紧装置以及胶带。最后简单 的说明了输送机的安装与维护。 关键词：螺旋输送机，输送系统，选型设计，主要部件 I  Abstract  Screw conveyor or auger, screw conveyor is a use of spiral blades that rotate, push the  material along the chute delivery conveyor equipment, at the construction site, storage,  manufacturing workshop, and in the angle  20 degrees circumstances, conveying powdery,  granular and small pieces of material, so that the screw conveyor to raise the production work  efficiency has been greatly embodiment, the design of screw conveyer for innovative design,  to further improve its practicality.  This graduation project is about the design of conveyer. The conveyor is summarized; and  then analyzes the conveyor selection principle and the calculation method; then according to  these design guidelines and the calculation and selection methods according to the given  parameters selection of design; then the choice of conveyor main parts and components of the  school nucleus. Ordinary type conveyor consists of six main parts: transmission device, tail  and back to the device, the central frame, tension device and tape. Finally, a simple  description of the conveyor installation and maintenance.  Key Words:  screw conveyor, conveyor system, the selection of the design, main  components 更多资料请加QQ   971920800 咨询 II
