2016年4月 ISSN1672-1438 总第239期 CN11-4994/T 论高校高知型语音室管理员角色的转变 郝晓艳 山西中医学院国教中心 山西太原 030619 摘 要：英语专业的本科生、硕士生进高校做语音室管理工作，看似大材小用，实际这种高知型的语音室管理员的工作范 畴已与传统人员的大不相同。除了语音室硬件管理，高知型的语音室管理员还要承担语音室软件管理工作，包括数字化教 育资源库的建设，语音室教学方法与教学评价的研究等。他们的职业角色已发生转变，集英语教师、语音室管理员、信息 技术人员三重身份于一身。主要分析了高知型语音室管理员角色转变的原因和途径，提出了他们角色转变的条件，为英语 教改的成功建言献策。 关键词：高知型语音室管理员；数字化教育资源库；自主学习；转变 Discussion of the Role Transition of College Language Lab Administrators with Higher Education Background Hao Xiaoyan International Education Center, Shanxi University of TCM, Taiyuan , 030619, China Abstract: English major undergraduates and graduates choose to be administrators in the college, which seems unworthy but actually these language lab administrators with higher education background work differently with their senior workmates. Apart from the hardware management of the language labs, language lab administrators with higher education background need to be in charge of the software management of the language labs. It includes the construction of digital education resource archive, the study of language lab teaching methods and assessment and so on. Their career role has changed.They are not only English teachers, language lab administrators but information technicians. This paper analyzes why and how the role of language lab administrators with higher education background has changed, proposes the conditions of the role transition and makes suggestions for the success of teaching reform.
