White tungsten has good flotability，so wo often use flotation methods for recovery of scheelite . According to the flotation operation conditions ,white tungsten flotation can be divided into heating flotation and room temperature flotation. Heating flotation has strong adaptability for the ore and the flotation index of the characteristics is stable, but it should be provided heating equipment and mineral processing cost is generally high.So its application is limited.The test use scheelite flotation process at room temperature. In determining the optimum dosage of sodium carbonate, sodium silicate module and the dosage of sodium silicate on the basis of exploring the white tungsten selected test, the selection of the optimum conditions were determined, in the guarantee rate of further improve the concentrate index at the same time. Under the condition of the ore grade is only 0.22%, through a coarse two and five finishing (including a blank selection) of flotation process, the concentrate is 69.84% and the recovery is 70.76% in closed circuit test .
