2013届 　 分 类 号： TP23 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 单位代码：10452 毕业论文（设计） 基于plc的宽带砂光机控制系统设计 　　　　　　 姓 名 　 　　 　　　　　　 学 号 200909140320 　　　　　　 年 级 2009 　　　　　　 专 业 电气工程及其自动化 　　　　　　 系（院） 　　　　　　 指导教师 2013年 4 月 9日  摘 要 砂光机是利用磨具对各种板类，木制品构件进行砂削加工的设备。砂光机在人造板和家具行业中使用面广，需要量大，品种较多，近年来发展速度较快。砂光机的特点是适应性强，能提高工作的尺寸精度，也能降低工件的表面粗糙度，是木材加工的重要机床之一。 本论文的研究内容涉及机械结构及传动、电机拖动、电气控制技术、PLC控制技术、变频器技术等。论文介绍了宽带砂光机机械结构，设计了宽带砂光机传动系统，构建了以PLC为控制器的宽带砂光机控制系统。论文具体内容包括：宽带砂光机结构设计；宽带砂光生产线控制系统总体方案设计;带砂光机控制系统设计；最后对控制系统的调试结果进行了分析。 虽然PLC技术已广泛应用于工业控制各个领域，但其在木工机械行业中的应用还很少见。本课题的研制对木工机械生产线的开发具有实际应用价值。 关键词：宽带砂光机；plc控制技术; 变频器技术; Abstract Belt Sander is the equipment utilizing attrition tool for machining to every kind of board and woodwork component. The belt sander is widely applicated in the wood-based plate and furniture trade, the requirement is very large. The belt sander have lots of variety and develop fast in recent years.The sander have the characteristic of good adaptability, so it can improve the size precision of the work, take from the surface roughness of the work piece, becoming one of the important lathes of wood working. Papers introduced the broadband Sander mechanical structures, design of the transmission system of broadband Sander, build PLC-controller control system of sanding. Papers include: structural design of broadband Sander; sanding production line control system overall design; belt sanding machine control system design for the final results of the commissioning of the control system are analysed. Although the PLC technology is widely used in industrial control fields, but its application is still very rare in woodworking machinery industry.
