摘要 本文针对PLC在六层电梯控制系统中的应用，设计了以PLC为主控制器，采用变频调速系统和集选控制方式来实现六层电梯的基本功能。 本设计采用三菱PLC—FX2N-80MR机控制，用软件来实现对电梯运行的自动控制。电梯具有完整的开关门控制系统、内外呼梯系统、故障报警及显示、消防运行功能和安全回路系统，可靠性大大提高。控制系统结构简单，外部线路简化，另外还可方便地改变控制功能。提高了电梯运行的安全性，并便于检修。与此同时，还选用了安川公司的通用变频器VS—616G5对电梯曳引主机进行变频调速。由于这种变频器采用了先进的SPWM技术并具有自学习功能，同时通过合理的参数设置、软件设计和编程，同样可以达到专用变频器的控制效果，因此，它以优异的调速性能、起制动性能、高效率和较好的节能效果及广泛的适用范围，从而明显改善了电梯运行的质量和性能，使电梯调速范围广、控制精度高、动态性能好，舒适、安静、节能，几乎可与直流调速电梯媲美。 关键词： PLC控制 电梯 变频调速 安全性 舒适感 ABSTRACT This paper PLC in the six-storey elevator control system, the application was designed to PLC-based controller, Using variable frequency system and set the election method to achieve control of a six-storey elevators basic functions The design of the Mitsubishi PLC-FX2N-80MR machine control software to achieve the operation of the elevator control.
