摘 要 闭路监视系统是安全防范技术体系中的一个重要组成部分，是一种先进的、防范能力极强的综合系统，它可以通过遥控摄像机及其辅助设备（云台、镜头等）直接观看被监视场所的情况；可以把被监视场所的图像、声音内容同时传送到监控中心，做到一目了然；同时它可以把被监视场所的图像和声音全部或部分的记录下来，这样就为日后对某些事件的处理提供了方便条件及重要依据;电视监控系统还可以与防盗报警等其他安全技术防范体系联动运行，使防范能力更加强大。 本文的研究工作是以学院原有的智能楼宇实验室为基础，设计一套闭路监视实验系统。本文首先阐述了课题的研究背景及意义，介绍闭路监视系统的发展概况。然后文章分析和对比模拟视频监控系统和数字视频监控系统，突出了数字视频监控系统的先进性。学校楼宇智能实验室里的闭路监视实验系统分为演示及展示性实验系统和自主型实验系统，其中演示和展示实验系统采用基于嵌入式技术的远程网络视频监控，自主型实验系统则采用准数字化的视频监控系统，并在实验系统设计的基础上编写实验指导书。 关键词：闭路监视系统, 摄像机, 楼宇智能实验室 Abstract Closed-circuit surveillance system is an important component of security technology system. It’s an advanced, highly ability to guard against integrated system. It can monitor the surveillance place by control the camera and its auxiliary equipment(haeundae, lens, etc) directly; The images and the sound of the surveillance place can also sent to sent to the monitoring centre at the same time, in order to have clear at a glance; And it can keep part or all the record of the images and the sounds of the surveillance place, so it can provide the important basis and convenient conditions for the progress of one incident in the future, The TV monitoring system can operate together with other security defending system , made it more powerful. In this thesis, the research work basic on the original laboratory intelligent buildings of School, and design a closed-circuit surveillance system. This thesis illuminate research background and its significance, and introduce development of the closed-circuit monitoring system. Then the article analyzing and comparing analog video surveillance systems and digital video monitoring system, highlights the digital video surveillance systems advanced nature.
