网吧管理子系统 摘要：目前，有许多正在实行的网络管理系统，尤其是各种网吧内运行的网络管理系统，不利于实行身份识别政策，尤其不便于对未成年人上网的管理，而国家目前已在大部分地区实行身份识别上网卡政策，这就需要一个相应的网络管理系统来协助它的实行，或者说需要一个统一的较大范围能够实现的管理信息系统。本系统就是根据目前的实际情况与网络管理的自身特点而做出的一个适合现在及未来一段时间所需的网络管理系统。 本系统是在原有的网吧管理系统的基础上，充分领会文化部关于对网吧治理条例的精神，配合管理部门对网吧等营业场所的管理办法，充分发挥实名制网吧管理系统的优势，既配合管理部门的监控管理，又满足网吧经营之需要，在管理部门和网吧之间建立良好互动的关系，规范网吧经营的正确方向，为管理部门提供全面可靠、方便快捷的管理工具，为网吧的连锁发展趋势提供一个从监控到计费的解决思路。 该软件是以Visual Basic为平台和SQL Server2000为后台数据库支持为实现工具，其功能在系统内部由源代码直接完成。操作人员只需输入一些简单的汉字、数字，即可达到自己的目标。根据实际情况，我使用结构化的分析方法（SDLC-Structured Design Life Cycle）即采用一种结构化分析与设计方法，按照生命周期的工作步骤来进行系统的开发。就是通过系统规划阶段、系统分析阶段、系统设计阶段、系统实施阶段与系统的运行管理与评价这几个阶段来进行系统的开发。 关键字：结构化分析、控件、窗体、远程监控 、计费管理。 Internet cafe management system Abstract：At present, many are being implemented in the network management system, in particular the various Internet cafes operating within the network management system is not conducive to implementation of identification policy, especially not easy for minors access to the Internet management, and the country has been implemented in most areas Identification card on the policy, which requires a corresponding network management system to assist in its implementation, or the need for a unified greater scope to achieve the management information systems.
