Firstly, based on analyzing the research actuality and existent questions of laboratory online , the system structure and the principle of working of the laboratory in this thesis is generally described.Then, the design and realization of a module for precontract and management, which is one of the most important module of this system,is elaborated.This subject is approached from different angles as users and computer system realization .The thesis will discuss the classify of the pre-contract system 、differences among the different systems and the way to make the system perfect and to realize the share of resource;the Web pages ,which are provided with the function of logining and precontracting for users and information management for manager, are created by using Microsoft Visual Studio?.NET; based on SQL Server database,the laboratory information management system (LIMS) is constructed, which provides user management,resource management and precontract management.
