精品论文 参考文献 高血压脑出血干预性护理的体会 童玉红 彭艳 　　（安徽省滁州市中西医结合医院脑病一科 239000） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨干预性护理在56例高血压脑出血患者的疗效体会。方法　研究对象为我科2008年2月～2013年2月收治的102例高血压脑出血患者，随机分成56例干预护理组（干预组）和46例常规护理组（对照组）；回顾性分析比较两组患者治愈率、并发症发生率、致残率、死亡率及家属满意率。结果　干预组和对照组的治愈（完全自理）率71.4%和63.0%（plt;0.05）；并发症（再出血、感染、消化道出血、压疮等）发生率分别为41.1%和54.3%（plt;0.05）；致残率（部分自理、不能自理）为17.9%和26.1%（plt;0.05）；死亡率为10.7%和10.9%（pgt;0.05）；家属满意率达100%和91.2%（plt;0.05）。结论　积极的干预性护理，可有效地帮助临床降低高血压脑出血患者并发症发生率、致残率；提高其治愈率和家属满意率；在治疗过程中有着积极作用。 　　【关键词】 高血压 脑出血 干预性护理 　　【中图分类号】R473.74 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）02-0273-02 　　 　　Experience from the nursing intervention of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage 　　TongYuHong ，PengYan 　　【abstract】 Objective: to explore the treatment experience from the nursing intervention of 102 patients sufferring from hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: research object are 102 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in 2008-2～2013-2, random two group of 56 cases intervention of nursing group (intervention group) and 46 cases routine nursing group (control group); retrospective analysis comparing two samples of patients cure rate , complications rate , disability rate , mortality rate and familys satisfaction rate. Results: two group of cure (fully care of oneself) rate are 71.4% and 63.0%（plt;0.05）, complications (rehaemorrhagia, infection, alimentary tract hemorrhage, decubitus etc) rate are 41.1% and 54.3%（plt;0.05）, disability (part care of oneself and non-care of oneself) rate are 17.9% and 26.1%（plt;0.05）, mortality rate are 10.7% and 10.9%（pgt;0.05）, familys satisfaction rate are 100%和91.2%（plt;0.05）.
