继续教育学院 毕业设计（论文） 课题名称 建总大厦、创业大厦工程施工组织设计 院 （系） 继续教育学院 专 业 土木工程 姓 名 姜园园 学 号 4213011101 起讫日期 2012.12.1～2013.4.30 指导教师 陆佳林 2012 年 12 月 1 日 建总大厦、创业大厦工程施工组织设计 摘 要 本建筑为通州建总集团有限公司的通州建总大厦、南通高新区创业大厦，二十四层框架剪力墙结构。要求工期为560个日历天,实行“流水施工、分项穿插，装修阶段立体交叉作业”以达到合理的结构流水施工。 根据本工程的建筑、结构特征，本公司采用已成熟的先进施工技术，如先进的模板及支撑体系、预拌混凝土技术、粗钢筋连接技术、新型高分子屋面防水施工技术等，从先进的施工技术和手段上提高质量。 本方案采用管井降水，基础周边及承台、深基础等均采用砖侧模，地下室采用与板正筋相同直径的钢筋制成马凳，为保证墙、柱插筋不偏位，先用定位箍筋将插筋定位，结构混凝土采用泵送商品砼，混凝土浇筑分层连续进行。砌筑前先将柱中预埋的拉结筋凿出调直、焊接，砌体不留斜槎。本工程一至五层采用双排落地式扣件钢管脚手架，五层以上均采用悬挑式扣件钢管脚手架。内墙装饰用乳胶漆饰面，施工时满刮乳胶腻子两遍，等腻子干后再用砂纸磨平，外墙装饰用干挂花岗岩墙面，施工时先金属骨架安装加工，再安装挂件和石材，然后注胶嵌缝。本工程采用玻璃幕墙，幕墙的金属框架与主体结构预埋件的连接、立柱与横梁的连接与幕墙面板的安装牢固。 关键词：框架剪力墙 流水施工 先进的施工技术  Construction building ,business building engineering construction organization design Abstract The building is Tongzhou Construction Group Co.
