基于串口服务器NCS6001B的分布式网络监控系统毕业的设计.docx

摘要本设计结合中国石油大连石化公司10万吨/年乙苯-苯乙烯装置，对苯乙烯精馏工序计算机控制系统进行设计。设计内容包括电气原理图与接线图、自控设备选型、硬件方案设计、监控程序设计四部分。下位机采用厦门宇电公司的AI系列智能仪表，现场传感器将测得的工程量转换成4~20mA标准电流经转换电路转换成1~5V电压送入智能仪表，仪表内置人工智能PID调节器，经调调节的电信号以4~20mA的标准电流送入现场调节阀等设备中，以实现生产过程的自动控制。控制的核心在智能仪表中。所有智能仪表均采用RS485接口，并联在RS485网络中，RS485网络通过串口服务器接入工业以太网，以实现局域网内的通讯。上位机运行组态软件。在组态软件中建立I/O设备，使之与下位机连接，并配置其通讯参数与下位机相同。建立组态数据库，设置I/O设备中需调节或显示的参数变量，配置量程，报警等参数。建立监控界面，画出控制系统的工艺流程图，并在监视点上设置相应的参数显示，将其连接至数据库。在控制点上，通过设置其左键动作的脚本程序操纵数据库变量，以修改智能仪表中的参数配置。该控制系统运行时可对生产过程的参数显示和修改。实现在局域网内及广域网内对现场设备的实时监控。关键词：乙苯；过程控制；力控软件AbstractThis design is the computer control system of styrene rectify process styrene,wh- ich is relating100,000 tons/year ethylbenzene-styrene Device of petrochemical corpo-ration of Chinese petroleum in Dalian.
