精品论文 参考文献 针对性护理干预对鼻咽癌放化疗结合患者焦虑的影响 （四川省肿瘤医院 四川 成都610041） 摘要：目的：探究针对性护理对鼻咽癌放疗、化疗结合患者心理焦虑水平的影响。方法：从我院2013年02月~2015年09月间收治的鼻咽癌；联合放化疗患者中抽取72例，根据自愿原则将其分别纳入干预组和对照组，各组36例。干预组实施针对性护理，对照组仅实施常规护理，比较干预前、干预8周后两组的SAS评分、生活质量评分情况。结果：干预8周后干预组的SAS评分明显降低，且要显著地低于对照组，两组间对比存在显著的差异性(Plt;0.05)。且干预8周后，干预组的生活质量评分要显著地高于对照组，其对比具有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：针对鼻咽癌放疗、化疗同期进行患者，实施针对性护理有利于降低其心理焦虑水平，减少不良情绪因素对疾病的影响，有助于促进患者尽早康复，值得临床采纳和进一步推广应用。 【关键词】：鼻咽癌；放化疗；针对性护理；心理焦虑 【中图分类号】R273 【文章标识码】A Abstract: objective: to explore the corresponding nursing care for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, chemotherapy combined with the influence of psychological anxiety level. Methods: from sep 02, 2013 ~ 2015 in our hospital were nasopharyngeal carcinoma; Extract combined radiation and chemotherapy patients 72 cases, according to the voluntary principle it into intervention group and control group respectively, each group 36 cases. Implement targeted nursing intervention group and control group only implement routine nursing, compare two groups after intervention, intervention before 8 weeks SAS scores, the quality of life score. Results: the intervention SAS scores of intervention group was obviously lower after 8 weeks, and significantly lower than the control group, the contrast between the two groups have significant difference (P lt; 0.05). And 8 weeks after intervention, the quality of life score in intervention group is significantly higher than that of control group, the comparison with statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: in view of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy, and chemotherapy in patients during this period, the implementation of targeted nursing is beneficial to reduce the psychological anxiety level, reduce the adverse emotional impact on disease, help to promote patients recover as soon as possible, worth clinical adoption and further popularization and application.
