Place: in a supermarket Characters: Mike, Strangers Task: You want to call Dr. Sun, but you dial the wrong number. Place: in the street Characters: Secretary, Ann Task: You are calling Mr. Smith, but he is at a meeting. Then you want to speak to Mrs. Brown, but she is at the meeting, too. So you have to call back. Place: reception desk in a company Characters: Jim, Tom Task: You are calling the city library to find out the work hours. 3.
