中医药高校学生抑郁症状的流行病学调查 　　[摘要] 目的 ?{查中医药高校学生抑郁现状，提出相应对策及意见。 方法 采用流调用抑郁自评量表（CES-D）对我国东、中、西部的7所中医药院校本科一～四年级全日制在校大学生3080人进行问卷调查，使用SAS 9.4进行统计分析。 结果 回收且有效问卷2750份，其中，肯定有抑郁症状的有993人，抑郁症状检出率为36.11%。不同民族、是否独生子女、家庭所在地、年级、学校所在地的抑郁检出率差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。CES-D总分均值为（16.99±8.51）分，高于全国18～30岁城市人群常模CES-D得分（12.32±10.22）分，差异有高度统计学意义（t=28.79，P 　　[关键词] 中医药；大学生；抑郁；流行病学 　　[中图分类号] R197 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）03（b）-0049-04 　　Epidemiological survey of the depressive symptoms among traditional Chinese medicine college students 　　LI Xue1 YU Linlu2 GAO Jianan1 PEI Ye1 XU Fuqin1 KONG Junhui1 　　1.School of Management， Beijing University of Chinese Medicine， Beijing 100029， China； 2.Medical Politics Office， Daxing Health and Family Planning Comission of Beijing， Beijing 100026， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the depressive state of traditional Chinese medicine college students， and to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and advice. Methods 3080 full-time college students from grade one to four of seven traditional Chinese medicine colleges located in the Eastern， Central and Western region of China were issued questionnaire of center for epidemiologic studies depression scale （CES-D）. SAS 9.4 was used to analyze the results of questionnaires. Results 2750 effective questionnaires were recived. 993 students were detected out depressive symptoms. The detection rate of depressive symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine college students was 36.11%. The differences in detection rates of depression among the nationality， whether being the only child， home location， grade and school location were statistically significant （P 0.05）.
