上海浦东某城郊结合部养老机构现况调查 　　摘 要 目的：分析浦东新区金桥辖区内养老机构现况，为进一步做好养老机构服务提供依据。方法：对辖区内3所养老机构进行现况调查，了解浦东新区金桥地区养老机构现况及入住老人的基本情况。结果：民办养老机构床位使用率较高，达100.0%，政府协办养老机构床位使用率分别为95.0%和68.0%。养老机构服务功能雷同，入住率不均衡；入住老人的年龄主要集中在80～89岁，占51.6%；3所养老机构护工平均年龄46.7岁，初中及以下学历者88人（89.8%），护工人员不足，年龄偏大，学历偏低；养老机构政策扶持力度不够，缺乏出、入院标准。结论：养老机构应进行科学规划布局，有效利用养老设施以满足不同老年人的养老需求及平衡养老资源。 　　关键词 养老机构；现况；老年 　　中图分类号：R197.7 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）12-0011-03 　　Investigation on the status of elderly nursing facilities in a suburban area in Pudong New District 　　HUANG Qin， ZHU Mei， CHEN Jueying， ZHENG Jianying 　　（Jinqiao Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District， Shanghai 201206， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the situation of the elderly nursing facilities in Jinqiao Area of Pudong New District to provide the basis for further improvement of the service of elderly nursing facilities. Methods： The situation of 3 elderly nursing facilities was investigated in order to learn the basic situation of the elderly nursing facilities and status of the elderly people in Jinqiao Area of Pudong New District. Results： The bed utilization rate in the private elderly nursing facility was high and reached 100.0%. The bed utilization rates of the other two sponsored by the government were 95.0% and 68.0%， respectively. The functions of these elderly nursing facilities were similar， but the bed utilization rates were various. The age of the elderly admitted was mainly concentrated in 80～89 years old， accounting for 51.6%. The average age of the nursing workers of 3 nursing facilities was 46.7 and 88 （89.8%） of them had the junior high school and below education levels. The number of nursing workers was insufficient， their age was old and their education level was low. The policy support by the government was not enough and the criteria in discharge and admission were lack in the elderly nursing facilities. Conclusion： The scientific planning and rational layout should be made for the elderly nursing facilities so th
