《临证指南医案》数脉及弦脉医案诊治规律研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨《临证指南医案》中数脉、弦脉医案的诊治规律。 方法 收集《临证指南医案》中存在数脉、弦脉诊断的医案，分别建立诊治关联表，统计其诊治因素分布情况。 结果 ①共157则医案存在数脉记载，主要病症为吐血，其次为咳嗽；主要病因为劳倦及火邪；高频用药包括生地黄、麦冬、茯苓等；药物性味以甘平、甘寒为主。②共152则医案存在弦脉记载，主要病证为痰饮，其次为吐血、肿胀等；主要病因为劳倦；高频用药包括茯苓、生姜、半夏等；药物性味以甘温为主。 结论 《临证指南医案》中数脉、弦脉均多见于虚证，数脉用药以滋阴补脾为主，弦脉用药以通阳益气为主，对临床合理诊断及用药具有较高的参考价值。 　　[关键词] 临证指南医案；数脉；弦脉；诊断；用药 　　[中图分类号] R961；R554.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）03（a）-0095-04 　　A study of diagnosis and treatment regularity about TCM cases with rapid pulse or stringy pulse in Linzheng Zhinan Yian 　　ZHU Haoru1 YANG Yiheng2 JIA Ziyao1 HAN Jingjie1 ZHENG Huzhan1 　　1.Department of Clinical Chinese Pharmacy， Beijing University of Chinese Medicine， Beijing 100102， China； 　　2.Department of Pharmacy， Peking University Third Hospital， Beijing 100191， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate diagnosis and treatment regularity in TCM cases which include rapid pulses and stringy pulses in Linzheng Zhinan Yian. Methods The case records with rapid and stringy pulse in Linzheng Zhinan Yian were collected to set up a relational table respectively. The distribution of diagnose and treatment factors were made statistics. Results ① There were 157 TCM cases with rapid pulse. The main disease symptom was hematemesis， followed by cough. The main disease cause was overstrain and fire pathogen. The high frequency drugs were Rehmanniae Radix， Ophiopogonis Radix and Poria. The main drug property was sweet-flavor and sweet-cold. ②There are 152 TCM cases with stringy pulse. The main disease symptom was phlegm and retained fluid， followed by hematemesis， swell. The main disease cause was overstrain. The high frequency drugs were Poria， Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens， Pinelliae Rhizoma. The main drug property was sweet-warm. Conclusion Deficiency syndrome is the most common diagnosis in Linzheng Zhinan Yian with both rapid pulse and stringy pulse.
