我国中小企业自主创新问题与对策分析.doc

摘 要 自主创新是相对于技术引进、模仿而言的一种创造活动，是指通过拥有自主知识产权的独特的核心技术以及在此基础上实现新产品的价值的过程。自主创新包括原始创新、集成创新和引进技术再创新。自主创新的成果，一般体现为新的科学发现以及拥有自主知识产权的技术、产品、品牌等。ABSTRACT Independent innovation is relative to the technology import, the imitation of a kind of creation, refers to the activities through with independent intellectual property rights and the unique core technology based on the new product value realization process. Independent innovations include original innovation, integrated innovation and technological introduction to innovation. Independent innovation achievements, general embodied the new scientific discoveries and have independent intellectual property rights of the technology, products and brands, etc. SMEs（Small and medium-sized enterprises）in the development process of the independent innovation, also needs the independent innovation from technology, management, marketing and cultural aspects, so as to realize the enterprise resources optimal accumulation and combined with the goal of minimum cost and maximum profit. Normally, the SMEs in the innovation process are as handy as large enterprises, such as they encountered relatively restrained factors in the process of the independent innovation. It makes the independent innovation of SMEs in a state of mind thinking about the use of the fund to reduce the risk in practical operation. This paper expounds the definition and the significance of independent innovation, and then analyses the present situation of SMEs for independent innovation. Finally the relevant case of XieFeng trade limited company independent innovation is analysised.
