郑州雨辰技术学院 本科生毕业设计说明书 题 目： ZKL600型螺旋钻底盘及支腿装置设计 指导教师： 职称： 一级中教 学生姓名： 学号： 1334095854 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 院 （系）： 机电工程学院 答辩日期： 20年6月23日 摘 要 随着城市高层建筑的日益增多,在基础建设施工中,步履式长螺旋钻孔机的应用越来越普遍,而对钻孔深度的要求也更为全面.该类钻机具有成孔效率高、质量好、无振动、无冲击、无噪声、无泥浆污染、耗用钢材少及机械化程度高等优点，是一种适应城市建设和改造工程的理想机械。适用我国大部分地区的土壤地质条件。配合不同钻具，适应于短螺旋、回转斗及岩层的成孔作业。 本文主要是在一组已知参数的基础上，参考大量成熟产品的设计方案，对步履式底盘和液压支腿的结构需要请咨询学号数字企鹅以及参数进行研究，定型设计方向及方案，并对整个组件的结构进行合理的布置。最后，在理解设计要求的基础上，绘制出底盘及液压支腿的设计总图纸。 通过查阅大量文献资料以及指导老师的悉心指导，基于成熟的加工工艺和技术要求，使我最终完成了本课题的研究设计和图纸的绘制。综合突出了制造经济、装配方便、工艺简单等有点。 关键词：钻机 工艺 步履式底盘 Abstract With the increasing number of urban high-rise buildings, in the infrastructure construction, walking the long spiral drilling machine is used more and more popular, and to drill hole depth requirements more comprehensive.
