毕业设计 摘 要 通过对国内外冷藏运输的概况、现阶段我国铁路冷藏运输的状况，比较铁路冷藏运输与其他冷藏运输的区别，我国发展冷藏运输的优势及特点等方面的研究，指出我国冷藏运输在运输设备、运到期限、运输速度、未形成完整冷藏链、运输组织管理、运价以及运输市场上存在的问题。针对铁路冷藏运输市场的情况，提出发展铁路冷藏运输的建议：找准铁路冷藏运输的发展定位；加强运输组织管理；构建铁路冷藏现代物流体系；发展先进冷藏运输设备；开展易腐货物多式联运；发展我国食品冷链物流；缩短冷藏运到期限；树立铁路冷藏运输品牌；对冷藏运输进行专业化改革与发展等策略。 在广泛调研的基础上，提出了考核铁路冷藏运输质量的评价指标。介绍了层次分析法、因子分析法和模糊综合分析法这三种评价方法，在综合分析各种评价方法的优缺点之后优选出最适合的一种方法，即层次分析法对冷藏运输质量提高的几项重要措施进行评价，以期达到提高铁路冷藏运输质量的目的。 关键词：铁路；冷藏运输；质量；AHP；评价 Abstract Based on the research of the profile of domestic and foreign refrigerated transport, the situation of Chinas railway refrigerated transport at present stage,the comparison of the difference between the railway refrigerated transport and other refrigerated transport forms,the advantage and characteristic of chian’s refrigerated transport and so on, this article pointed out the existing problems of Chinas refrigerated transport,for example:the transport equipment, transit period, transport speed, up to now couldn’t form a complete cold chain, transport organization and management, transport price and transport market, aimed at the conditions of railway refrigerated transport market, put forward following advice for railway refrigerated transport’s development: identify the location of railway refrigerated transport’s development accurately. strengthen the organization and management of the transport. set up a modern physical distribution system for railway refrigerate. develop the advanced refrigerated transport equipments. develop multimodal transportation of perishable freight. develop Chinas food cold chain physical distribution. shorten refrigerate transit period. set up a brand-name for railway refrigerted transport. implement the professional reform and development on refrigerated transport and so on.
