毕业论文（设计）题 目： 系部名称： 经济管理系 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 教师职称： 2013年月摘 要 目前，国内各大产业对煤炭的需求量逐步增大，煤炭企业通过保证质量、降低成本的方法来获得稳定而长期的利润，怎样降低煤炭物流成本成为发展煤炭经济的瓶颈问题。义马煤业集团煤炭物流问题错综复杂，各物流环节管理不完善，导致物流成本过高，对环境污染严重。本论文的研究意义在于发现义马煤业集团煤炭物流各个环节的不合理性，通过分析研究以期得到解决这些问题的建议与对策，最后达到煤炭物流最优化和成本最小化的目标。 本论文主要运用了客观理论研究法和SWOT分析法,着重分析了义马煤业集团煤炭物流所面临着的优势、劣势、机遇以及挑战。指出运输效率低下以及各个运输环节管理不完善是导致运输成本过高的主要因素，提出了提高物流运输效率的对策和建议。 关键词：煤炭物流，问题分析，研究 Research of Analyzing the Logistics Problem of Yima Coal Enterprise Abstract Nowadays, many industries have an increasing amount of demand of the coal, and the coal enterprise achieve long-term profits in the way of guaranteeing the qualities and reducing the transportation cost, so how to decrease coal logistics cost is becoming a dominant problem .The problem of coal logistics in Yima is very serious,the management in every process is not proper,which leads to a high logistics cost as well as environment contamination.On the basis of Analyzing the Logistics Problem of Yima Coal Enterprise ,we should play more emphasis on some factors which influence the infrastructure, management departments and logistics concepts, and have a fierce discussion as well as give some advice and strategy of improving the efficiency of logistics transportation. In this essay ,Objective theory research methods and SWOT analyzing methods serve as the main research methods, and the strength、weakness、opportunities and threat Yima Coal Enterprise face are advanced, I personally think low efficiency and poor management lead to the high cost in coal logistics. Therefore, how to solve these problems would make a great contribution to the coal logistics development.
