中工 信商 2014-JX16- 本科毕业论文（设计） G41J-6型阀体卧式双面组合钻液压及夹具设计 系 （部） 机械工程系 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 提交日期 2014年 5 月 21 日 摘要 本次设计的主要任务是G41J-6型阀体卧式双面组合钻液压及夹具设计，附加机床的总体设计，即：被加工零件工序图、加工示意图、固定组合夹具图和液压站装配图、液压原理图。 本组合机床拟采用卧式双面组合机床，液压传动。由于组合机床是由大量通用部件和少量专用部件组成的工序集中的高效率机床，且加工精度稳定，所以本设计的主要目的就是提高工厂的生产率。为了进一步提高劳动生产率，该组合机床还采用了专用夹具，夹具采用液压夹紧，即省力，节约时间，又能保证加紧可靠，从而减少机床加工的辅助时间。 本人首先进行机床的总体设计，即在完成工艺方案拟订以后，确定机床的配置形式和结构方案，画出装配图。完成总体设计后，进行了专用夹具及液压的设计。 关键词: 组合机床，夹具，设计，液压 Abstract This design is the main task of the G41J - 6 type body horizontal double combination drilling hydraulic and fixture design, additional the overall design of the machine tool, i.e., by machining parts process diagram, schematic diagram, fixed modular fixture and the assembly drawing of the hydraulic pressure station and hydraulic principle diagram. In order to further improve labor productivity, the combination machine tools also adopted the special fixture, jig adopts hydraulic clamping, the save Labour, saving time, and can guarantee to reliable, thereby reducing the auxiliary time of processing machine tool.
