可燃性气体报警装置设计 摘 要：随着电子科学技术的发展，电子技术成为安全方面的有力手段，许许多多安全方面的电子产品，是人们的生活的得力助手。本设计利用单片机技术结合A/D转换芯片构建了一个可燃气体检测报警器。当环境中可燃或有毒气体泄露时，当气体报警器检测到可燃气体浓度达到报警器设置的临界点时，可燃气体报警器就会发出报警信号，以提醒工作人员采取安全措施。本文首先简要介绍了设计可燃气体检测报警器的主要方式以及单片机系统的优势；然后详细介绍了可燃气体检测报警器的设计流程，以及硬件系统和软件系统的设计，并给出了硬件电路的设计细节，包括各部分电路的走向、芯片的选择以及方案的可行性分析等。本次设计采用以STC89C52芯片为核心，用半导体陶瓷式气体传感器MQ-5来检测外部气体浓度，结合ICL7135组成的外部硬件电路实现对可燃性气体进行报警控制装置。 关键词：MQ-5传感器；STC89C52单片机；ICL7135。 Abstract：With the development of electronic science and technology, electronic technology as a powerful tool for security, many security aspects of electronic products, is that people living right-hand man. The use of single-chip design technology combined with A /D converter chip to build a combustible gas detection alarm. When the environment in combustible or toxic gas leak, when the gas alarm detects combustible gas concentration alarm set threshold, the combustible gas alarm will send alarm signal to remind staff to take safety measures. This paper briefly describes the design of combustible gas detection alarm system, the main approach and the advantages of SCM; then details the combustible gas detection alarm system design process, as well as hardware and software systems design and hardware design of the circuit is given details, including the various parts of the circuit to the chip selection and feasibility analysis. The design uses the STC89C52 chip as the core, semiconductor ceramic gas sensors to detect the external MQ-2 gas concentration, combined with an external hardware circuit of the combustible gas alarm control unit.
