摘 要 本文对我国煤矿采煤后进行膏体充填的方法及仪器给于了详细介绍。对以往的监测方法进行了说明,提出了不足,并推出了解决方案,设计了新的监测系统。随着科技和经济日新月异的发展，充填采矿法在我国现有的地下矿山得到了广泛的应用。应用工业废料作为充填材料，如煤矸石、赤泥、粉煤灰等工业废弃物，解决了矸石量不足的问题，且采用中国矿业大学研发的必威体育精装版充填技术与设备，从而达到高强度高效率充填。固体废弃物充填技术既可以减少工业固体废弃物排放，又可以作为地下结构支撑体，减轻开采沉陷灾害，提高矿井资源回收率，是实现煤矿低成本高回报的关键技术之一。通过上述研究，验证了膏体充填的连续开采技术在我国推广应用的可行性和有效性：一方面可以实现作业面连续生产的连续化，另一方面可以提高煤炭生产效率和经济效益。本设计采用WinCC编制上位机软件实现上位机的组态设计，完成上位机与PLC通讯连接，实现计算机与PLC之间传送数据与交换信息的要求。 关键词：监控系统；充填技术；组态 Abstract This article gave a introduction in detail on the method of paste filling and its instruments for our country coal mine .It has carried on the narration to the respective good and bad points, gives the introduction of the solution and the design of a new monitoring system. With the rapid technological and economic development, filling mining method in the existing underground mine in China has been widely used. Using industrial waste as a filling material, such as coal gangue, red mud, fly ash and other industrial waste, to solve the problem of insufficient amount of waste rock achieves high strength and high efficiency filling. Solid waste filling technology can reduce emissions of industrial solid waste, but also can be used as underground structural support, reduce mining subsidence damage, to improve mine resource recovery, is one of the key technologies of coal mining low-cost high-return. The study to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of paste filling continuous mining technology in China to promote the application: on the one hand it can achieve continuous production of continuous work surface; on the other hand, it can improve the efficiency and cost of coal production. This design uses the WinCC preparation of PC software host computer configuration design to complete the connection of the host computer to communicate with the PLC to transfer data between the computer and the PLC exchange information.
