苏宁电器供应链管理现状及改进方法分析.doc

摘 要 随着社会经济发展和全球化进程的加快，家电连锁企业不仅要面对国内同行业企业的竞争，同时还要应对国外家电连锁企业的入侵。目前家电行业的竞争已经不能单纯的说是企业和企业的竞争，而是供应链与供应链的竞争。因此家电连锁企业需要对该企业的供应链进行建设和完善，保持企业在市场上的竞争优势。首先文章分析了苏宁电器供应链管理的现状，然后找到苏宁电器供应链管理存在的瓶颈，主要有：物流配送系统不完善导致资源浪费、供应链成员没有形成战略联盟的合作关系以及供应链成员之间没有实现信息化。最后根据瓶颈提出了重点改进方法：完善苏宁电器供应链物流网络体系规划、构建供应链战略联盟伙伴关系、实现以先进技术为基础的供应链成员间信息交换。 关键词：苏宁电器； 供应链管理； 改进方法 ABSTRACT With the development of social economy and the accelerating process of globalization, the home appliance chain enterprises not only face the domestic home appliance chain enterprises in the same industry competition, but also deal with the invasion of foreign’s. At present, the competition of the home appliance industry can not simply say is the enterprise and enterprises competition, but the supply chain and supply chain competition. Therefore, the home appliance chain enterprises need to build and perfect the enterprise supply chain, to keep the enterprise in the market competitive advantage. Firstly, the article analyzes the present situation of Suning appliance of supply chain management, and then find the existence of bottlenecks.Suning electric supply chain management mainly include: the logistics distribution system is not perfect cause waste of resources, Supply chain members without forming strategic alliance cooperation relationship and do not implement the information between supply chain members.According to the bottleneck, key improvement methods are put forward: Perfection of Suning Appliance forming supply chain logistics network planning system, the strategic alliance of supply chain partnership, achieve the exchange of information based on advanced technology between members of a supply chain.
