北方民族大学 本科毕业论文 ? 论文题目: 经济型酒店人力资源管理现状分析 学 院 名 称: 管理学院 学 生 姓 名: 侯文梅 专 业: 人力资源管理 学 号: 指导教师姓名: 李存林 论文提交时间: 2014年5月07日 论文答辩时间: 2014年5月10日 学位授予时间: 摘 要 近年来，经济型酒店从酒店的配套产业，逐渐发展成为酒店行业的主角之一， 经济型酒店在人力资源管理方面也暴露出了很多的问题，总体来说，经济型酒店对员工缺乏培训、薪酬设置不合理、对员工缺乏职业生涯规划、员工流失率高、人才培养工作滞后、从事人事管理的人员较少等问题成为了经济型酒店人力资源管理发展的主要问题。解决经济型酒店人力资源管理中出现的问题迫在眉睫，本文在相关学者研究的基础上，通过对相关学者在经济型酒店人力资源管理方面的研究成果进行分析，从完善人才培养及培训制度，完善绩效薪酬体系，建立健全的职业生涯规划机制，发展人才储备机制，建立层级之间科学分工的人力资源管理模式等方面，提出贴切实际、便于实施的解决对策。希望文中的一些相关成果能够对于经济型酒店未来的发展提供一些帮助。 关键词：经济型酒店 人力资源管理 现状 原因分析 对策  ABSTRACT In recent years,The economy hotel from the hotel supporting industry, gradually developed into one of the leading role of the hotel industry.Economy hotel in human resources management also has exposed many problems.In general, The budget hotel lack of staff training, salary set unreasonable, lack of staff career planning, high staff turnover, lagging training of personnel, personnel engaged in the personnel management problems such as less as the main problems of the development of economy hotel human resources management. Solve the problems arising from the economy hotel human resources management is imminent, In this paper, on the basis of the relevant academic research, based on the relevant scholars in the research of economy hotel human resources management is analyzed, from perfecting the talents cultivation and training system, improve the performance pay system, establishing and perfecting the mechanism of career planning and development of talent reserve mechanism, establishing scientific division of labor between the hierarchy of human resource management mode etc. Puts forward relevant practical, easy to implement the solution.
