精品论文 参考文献 综合康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用分析 狄伟志 郭俊松 　　（吉林省通化市中心医院 吉林 通化 134000） 　　【摘要】 目的：了解脑卒中偏瘫患者接受综合康复训练的临床效果。方法：纳入本院2012年～2015年收治脑卒中偏瘫后遗症患者60例为本次研究对象，将其分为对照组（常规治疗方案）和观察组（综合康复训练治疗），每组各有患者30例。结果：疗程结束后观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为93.3%，明显优于对照组患者治疗总有效率63.3%，差异有统计学价值（P＜0.05）；治疗后2组患者神经功能缺陷量表评分均有改善，观察组改善程度优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对脑卒中偏瘫患者在常规药物控制基础上联合综合康复训练能够取得良好的远期效果，保障患者生活质量，值得临床普及推广。 　　【关键词】 综合康复训练；脑卒中偏瘫；临床效果 　　【中图分类号】R742 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）17-0036-02 　　Application of comprehensive rehabilitation training in stroke patients with hemiplegia Di Weizhi, Guo Junsong. 　　The Central Hospital of Tonghua City, Jilin Province, Tonghua 134000, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training for stroke patients with hemiplegia.
