精品论文 参考文献 社区“阳光心园”在精神分裂症患者康复中的作用研究 徐先锋 朱秀国（通讯作者） 陆海权 温智钦 　　（上海市松江区叶榭镇社区卫生服务中心 上海 201609） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨社区“阳光心园”模式在社区精神分裂症患者康复中的作用及效果。方法：选取社区康复站收治过的30例精神分裂症患者，对所有患者制订个体化康复训练计划，开展工疗、农疗、娱疗等社会功能康复训练活动，观察时间1年，并运用日常生活能力量表（ADL）、社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）、家庭负担会谈量表（FIS）对本组患者进行康复效果的评价。结果：30例精神分裂症患者入站时与康复训练1年后日常生活能力量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表、家庭负担会谈量表评分差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），个人及家庭经济情况也得到明显改善。结论：精神分裂症患者通过在社区“阳光心园”接受康复训练，能有效提高患者的社会功能和日常生活能力，增强患者自信心，减轻患者症状，是患者回归社会的重要途径。 　　【关键词】 社区；阳光心园；精神分裂症；康复 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）17-0233-03 　　Role of community Sunshine Heart Garden in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia Xu Xianfeng Zhuxiu Guo Wenzhi Qin * (land and sea power) Shanghai Songjiang District town of Terrace Community Health Center, Shanghai 201609,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the community sunshine heart garden model in community mental action and effect of rehabilitation in patients with schizophrenia.
