精品论文 参考文献 生长抑素联合泮托拉唑治疗肝硬化消化道出血临床效果分析 （四川省渠县人民医院 四川 渠县 635200） 　　【摘要】 目的：评价生长抑素、泮托拉唑在肝硬化消化道出血中的治疗情况。方法：研究对象取143例我院自2013年1月-2015年1月收治的肝硬化消化道出血患者，临床检查均符合诊断标准。其中93例患者联合生长抑素、泮托拉唑进行治疗，设为实验组；另50例患者单用垂体后叶素治疗，设为对照组。汇总患者的治疗情况，并予以比较。结果：实验组总有效率为96.7%（90/93），对照组总有效率为66%（33/50），数据比较满足Plt;0.05；实验组止血时间为（23.2plusmn;10.2）h，输血量为（233.1plusmn;1.1）毫升，住院时间为（7.2plusmn;1.2）天，均比对照组理想，数据的差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；实验组再出血率比对照组低，数据的比较不满足Plt;0.05。结论：联合生长抑素、泮托拉唑对肝硬化消化道出血进行治疗，止血效果好，且能够减少再出血率，患者预后恢复理想。 　　【关键词】 生长抑素；泮托拉唑；肝硬化消化道出血 　　【中图分类号】R573.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）33-0013-02 　　Analysis of the clinical effect of somatostatin combined with pantoprazole in treatment of liver cirrhosis with gastrointestinal bleeding 　　Xie Huabin.
