精品论文 参考文献 混合痔外剥内扎联合消痔灵注射治疗混合痔的临床研究 山东省淄博市中西医结合医院结直肠外科 山东淄博 255000 摘要：为了探讨外剥内扎术加消痔灵注射术治疗混合痔[1]的临床治疗效果，本研究将2009年11月年至2014年11月本院收治的102例混合痔随机分为治疗组和对照组，各51例，治疗组采用传统的混合痔外剥内扎术加消痔灵注射术[2]，对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术，对照术后大出血，结果显示，治疗组无一例发生术后大出血，对照组发生大出血5例，占对照组治疗例数的9.8%，5例均到手术室硬膜外麻醉下缝扎止血。治疗组术后大出血的发生率明显低于对照组，p＜0.05。术后随访，治疗组患者诉肛门坠涨感6例，占11.8%。对照组15例，占29.4，两组比较差异明显，有统计学意义，p＜0.05，。结果表明。混合痔外剥内扎术加消痔灵注射治疗混合痔的术后大出血发生率明显降低，同时可以减轻患者肛门坠涨感和大便不畅的感觉，且消痔灵价格便宜，注射简单，风险极小，值得临床推广和应用。 关键词：混合痔；外剥内扎术；外剥内扎术联合消痔灵注射；术后大出血；肛门坠涨 Abstract：in order to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of external dissection and internal ligation plus Hemorrhoid medicine injection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids，this study will be 200911 months to 2014 November in our hospital 103 cases of mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，51 cases each，the treatment group used the traditional external dissection and internal mixed hemorrhoid ligation plus Hemorrhoid medicine injection operation，the control group used traditional Milligan Morgan hemorrhoidectomy，control bleeding，postoperative results showed hemorrhage，treatment group with no cases of postoperative bleeding，occurred in the control group of 5 cases，accounting for 9.8% of the number of patients treated in the control group，5 cases were to the operation room under epidural anesthesia suture bleeding.The treatment postoperativehemorrhage group were significantly lower than the control group，P lt; 0.05.Postoperative follow-up，patients in the treatment group v.anal sense of falling inflation in 6 cases，accounting for 11.8%.The control group of 15 cases，accounting for 29.4，the difference between the two groups is obvious，with statistical significance，P lt; 0.05，.The results showed that.Bleeding significantly reduced the incidence of mixed hemorrhoid resection plus Hemorrhoid medicine injection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids after operation，also can reduce the anus of the patient sense of falling inflation and poor stool feeling，and
