精品论文 参考文献 浅析小儿手足口病的预防和控制 嫩江县联兴乡卫生院 161403 【摘 要】目的 研究分析小儿手足口病的临床预防与控制方法。方法 针对我区小儿手足口病严峻形势，制定小儿手足口病疾病预防工作方案，加强全区各级医疗单位工作人员、学校、托幼机构保健教师的手足口病预防与控制专业培训，扩大手足口病预防与控制宣传力度，协调各部位共同预防与控制小儿手足口病的流行。结果 通过及时有效的预防与控制措施，2013年全区累计报告小儿手足口病1248例，较2012年（4435例）同期下降71.86%；2013年发生聚集性小儿手足口病疫情1起，较2012年同期（28起）下降96.43%；未发生因小儿手足口病引起的突发公共卫生事件，无重症死亡病例发生。结论 通过制定手足口病防控工作方案，加强工作人员技能培训，普及手足口病预防知识，协调多部门联合预防与控制可有效预防与控制小儿手足口病的发展，避免发生小儿手足口病大面积流行。 【关键词】手足口病；预防；控制 Abstract：Objective To study the clinical prevention and control of hand foot mouth disease in children.Method grim situation for my area of hand foot mouth disease in children，make children with hand，foot and mouth disease prevention work program，strengthen the region at all levels of medical institutions，schools，nurseries health teachers of hand，foot and mouth disease prevention and control of professional training，expansion of hand，foot and mouth disease prevention and control propaganda，coordination of various parts of the joint prevention and control of children with hand，foot and mouth disease epidemic.Results through timely and effective prevention and control measures，in 2013，the region reported a total of children with hand foot and mouth disease 1248 cases，compared to 2012（4435 cases）over the same period fell 71.86%；2013 aggregation occurs in children with hand，foot and mouth disease in 1，decreased 96.43% in 2012 compared to the same period（28 cases）；children with hand，foot and mouth disease caused by a sudden public health events did not occur，no severe deaths occurred.Conclusion through the development of hand，foot and mouth disease prevention and control work plan，strengthen staff skills training，the popularity of hand，foot and mouth disease prevention knowledge，Coordinated Multi sectoral joint prevention and control can be effective prevention and control of children with hand，foot and mouth disease development，to avoid the occurrence of children with hand foot and mouth disease epidemic in large area.
