Since Release 3 of TL 9000 is based on ISO 9001:2000, we will also take a quick look at the main differences between the old and new versions of ISO 9000. Since this course is concerned with the implementation of TL 9000, we’ll first discuss the shape of a TL 9000 implementation project. Then, as we learn about TL 9000 itself, we can see the implications of the measurements and the added requirements on the implementation work we have to do. We’ll use a “just in time” learning approach. The course presentations and workshops will take the shape of an implementation project and, as we discuss each activity in turn, we’ll introduce the relevant TL 9000 content. xii Instructor Notes: We’ll s
