“化痰”法治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展 顾恪波 张丽娜 吴洁 张晨 中国中医科学院广安门医院血液科 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 从“痰”辨治肿瘤古已有之, “凡人身上中下有块者, 多属痰”, 因此化痰散结法是临床辨治肿瘤的一大治法。然而如何更为科学有效地应用该治法, 仍是当今一大临床课题。文章从理论、实验和临床3个方面, 对近3年运用化痰法治疗肿瘤的经验做初步梳理, 明确化痰法确有一定抗肿瘤作用, 且能改善症状、提高生活质量, 延长患者生存期, 但在抗瘤效用强弱、量效比、不良反应等方面报道尚较少, 今后需要加强对化痰药的研究, 促进其在临床上的科学合理施用, 切实提高疗效。 关键词： 化痰散结法; 辨治; 恶性肿瘤; 中医药; 综述; 作者简介：张丽娜, 北京市西城区北线阁5号中国中医科学院广安门医院血液科, 邮编:100053, 电话:010-mail:zlna520@126.com 收稿日期：2016年11月9日 Research progress on resolving phlegm method on the treatment of malignant tumors GU Ke-bo ZHANG Li-na WU Jie ZHANG Chen Department of Hematology, Guanganmen Hospital, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences; Abstract： Traditional Chinese medical theory has confirmed that the pathological sputum can cause tumors, and it even considered that all the lumps over the body as the condensation of pathological sputum.Thus the method of eliminating the pathological phlegm is a major clinical tumor treatment as syndrome differentiation.However, how to apply this treatment more scientific and effective is still a big clinical subject today.This article summarized the nearly 3 years experience in applying the method of eliminating phlegm to treat tumor from the 3 aspects of theory, experiment and clinical research, and confirmed that the method of clearing phlegm had exact anti-tumor effect, and it could improve symptoms, quality of life, and the survival.But the strength in ant-tumor effect, cost-effectiveness propotion, and the adverse reaction was less reported, and it still need to strengthen the research of eliminating-phlegm drugs, and promote its scientific and reasonable application in clinical practice, to improve the curative effect.
