精品论文 参考文献 探讨腔内微波与传统手术治疗原发性下肢静脉曲张的临床效果 黑河市爱辉区罕达气镇中心卫生院 164300 摘要：目的 对比研究腔内微波与传统大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术治疗原发性下肢静脉曲张的临床效果观察。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2013年2月～ 2014年5月来我院就诊的下肢静脉曲张患者113例共131条肢体，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分成两组，对照组56例（65条肢体），采用传统大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术治疗，观察组57例（66条肢体），采用微波血管腔内微创手术治疗，比较手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量，术后并发症发生情况。结果 观察组手术时间及住院时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为4.55%，对照组为12.31%，观察组低于对照组，两组有统计学差异（Plt;0.05）。结论 微波血管腔内治疗下肢静脉曲张对患者造成的创伤较小，术中出血量少，能快速恢复，缩短了住院时间，安全性高，对美观无影响。 关键词：静脉曲张；腔内微波；传统手术 [Abstract] objective to comparative study of intracavitary microwave and traditional great saphenous vein high ligation and stripping of surgery in the treatment of primary varicose veins of lower extremity of the observation of the clinical effect.Method the study object is to choose a February 2013 ~ 2014 may in our hospital for treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity in patients with 113 patients with a total of 131 limb will the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and were randomly divided into two groups，56 cases in the control group（65 limbs）with traditional high ligation of great saphenous vein and stripping therapy，observation group，57 cases（66 limbs）and by microwave intracavitary minimally invasive surgery，operative time，hospitalization time，intraoperative bleeding volume，postoperative complications.Results the operation time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than that of control group，the amount of bleeding in operation was less than that in control group，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.The complication rate of observation group was 4.55%，the control group was 12.31%，the observation group was lower than the control group，the two groups were statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins in the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins is less，less bleeding，rapid recovery，shorter hospital stay，high safety，no effect on the appearance.
