精品论文 参考文献 急诊预检分诊率现状分析及持续质量改进效果 上海交通大学附属第六人民医院 上海 200233 摘要 目的：探讨急诊预检分诊率现状分析及持续质量改进效果。方法：选择2013年5月～2014年5月(实施持续质量改进前)为对照组，2014年6月～2015年5月(实施持续质量改进后)为观察组，随机抽取两组各100例患者，比较两组患者等候时间、急诊预检分诊准确率、患者对护理质量满意度。结果：观察组患者等候时间明显短于对照组(267.54plusmn;18.57 vs 627.57plusmn;31.96)，急诊预检分诊准确率97.00%明显高于对照组90.00% (P＜0.05)；观察组护理质量满意度97.00%明显高于对照组86.00% (P＜0.05)。结论：持续质量改进有助于缩短患者等候时间，提高了急诊预检分诊准确率及患者对护理质量的满意度，确保了患者能够得到及时有效的诊疗。 关键词 急诊预检分诊；现状；持续质量改进 中图分类号: R459.7 文献标识码:A Emergency Triage Rate Analysis of the Present Situation and Effect of Continuous Guality Improvement ZHU Xiao-yan Sixth Peoples Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai China 200233 Abstract :Objective: to investigate the emergency preview triage rate analysis of the situation and the effect of continuous quality improvement. Methods: in May 2013 to May 2014 (before the implementation of continuous quality improvement) as the control group, from June 2014 to May 2015 (after implementation of continuous quality improvement) as the observation group, 100 patients were randomly selected two groups each, compared two groups of patients waiting time, emergency preview triage accuracy, patient satisfaction with the quality of nursing. Results: the observation group of patients waiting time is much shorter than the control group (267.54plusmn;18.57 vs 627.57plusmn;31.96), emergency preview triage 97.00% 97.00% accuracy is significantly higher than the control group (P lt; 0.05); Nursing quality satisfaction 97.00% observation group was obviously higher than that of control group 86.00% (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: patients with continuous quality improvement helps to shorten the waiting time, improve the emergency preview triage accuracy on the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction, to ensure that patients can get timely and effective diagnosis and treatment.
