企业财务风险的分析与防范 摘要 企业财务风险是指在各项财务活动过程中，由于各种难以预料或控制的因素影响，财务状况具有不确定性，从而使企业有蒙受损失的可能性。财务风险客观存在于企业财务管理工作的各个环节。财务风险的存在无疑会对企生产经营产生大影响。因此，对中国企业财务风险的现状，成因及其防范措施进行探讨，以其降低风险、提高效益就显得具有十分重要的意义。本文通过对“财务风险防范整体思路”的研究，并结合国内外风险现状，对企业财务风险进行系统深入的理论研究，分析了我国企业财务风险的形成的各种内外因及具体体现，提出了建立相应的财务预警系统的结论，以防范和化解企业财务风险，维持企业正常的经营活动，促使企业健康、稳定、快速的发展。  关键词：财务风险 风险成因 规避风险 Enterprise Financial Risk Analysis and Prevention Abstract Enterprise is the pillar of the national economy, the development of the enterprise decides whether the national economy and social stability and development.
