精品论文 参考文献 加强灾害救援护理人员初期心理干预能力研究 武警福建总队医院 350000 摘要：救援护理人员作为灾后急救护理医疗队伍的中坚力量，在灾害救援中发挥着重要的作用。灾后护理人员正确的心理干预能在第一时间帮助伤员提升信心，缓解灾害带来的心理创伤，为初期的救治建立相互信任的医患关系以及后期的专业心理援助打下好的铺垫。本文讨论了灾后护理人员在灾害救援初期的心理干预能力，通过分析我国心理援助的发展，以汶川大地震为主要背景分析当前我国灾后心理援助以及救援医护人员心理干预的现状；将整个灾害护理的过程分为四个阶段，即始动期、灾害中期、恢复期和准备期。从灾害的发生对人的心理影响以及医护人员心理干预能力比较分析两个方面阐述了医护人员进行前期心理干预的必要性。从两个方面总结出了救护人员心理干预能力组成，以期为今后的灾害救援护理工作做好铺垫。 关键词：灾害救援护理；灾害心理；心理干预；能力组成 Research of Strengthening the Early Psychological Intervention Capability of Nursing Staff in Disaster Rescue Feng-ying Chen1，Bao-ling Guo2 Armed police corps hospital in fujian in 350000 Abstract：Rescue paramedics as the backbone of emergency medical team is playing an important role in disaster relief. Psychological intervention conducted by paramedics can not only help patients to enhance confidence in the first time，relieve disaster psychological trauma，but also lay a good foundation of establishing mutual trust relationship between doctors and patients as well as the following professional psychological aid. This paper discusses the capability of psychological intervention in the early disaster rescue through the development of Chinese psychological assistance，taking the Wenchuan earthquake as the background，we have analyzed current situation of psychological assistance after disaster and psychological intervention of paramedics in China；Process of nursing can be divided into four stages：the initial stage，middle stage，recovery period and the preparation period. From the psychological impact on people when disaster happened and psychological intervention in medical staff，this paper expounds the necessity of early psychological intervention in medical staff. Two aspects of the psychological intervention of paramedics are summarized，which lay a good foundation for the future rescue and nursing work.
