中国人民武装警察部队学院 毕业论文（设计） 题目 学　 号 20030640093 姓　 名 系　 队 消防指挥系队专　 业 消防指挥专业指导教师 　 副教授 二年月Thesis for Bachelor’s Degree The fighting research of underground mall fire personnel search and rescue A thesis presented By xxxxxxxxx The Chinese People’s Armed Police Academy Thesis for Bachelor’s Degree Date:May, 2011 地下商场火灾人员搜救战法研究 摘 要 地下商场因其封闭性等特点，导致了不同于地面商场的火灾特点，其火灾危险性一般大于地面建筑。火灾情况下，地下建筑中烟气和热量不能及时散发出去，导致环境温度高、可视距离短，人员搜救困难，造成群死群伤事故。因此，研究地下商场火灾情况下有效的人员搜救战术方法具有重要的意义。 本文通过分析地下商场的火灾危险特性，介绍了火灾发生的特点以及蔓延主要途径。在分析了地下商场的建筑特征后，得出了影响人员搜救的主要环境因素；在分析人员在火灾情况下活动特性和心理特性后，找出了搜救重点，为合理部署分配有限的作战力量提供了依据。 在综合分析地下商场火灾中影响人员搜救主要因素的基础上，结合目前消防部队和社会大消防环境的实际，提出了人员搜救应采取的合理有效的战术方法，对多种情况下力量的分配进行简单的理论指导，加快搜救速度，及时有效的对被困人员实施救助，提高人员搜救的效率和成功率，尽最大努力减少人员伤亡，为构建社会主义和谐社会保驾护航。 关键词： 地下商场；影响因素；搜救 The fighting research of underground mall fire personnel search and rescue Abstract The fire characteristics of? underground mall is different from ground mall because of its closure, thus the fire risk of the underground one is greater than the ground one. When the fire happened in the underground structures, the smoke and heat cannot send out promptly. It lead to high environmental temperature, short visibility distance，the difficulties of rescue and mass injuries and death accident. Therefore, the research on effective searching and rescuing tactics and method in fire mall has the vital significance. This article through analyzing the feature of fire risk of underground mall, introduces the fire characteristic and spreading main ways. After analyzing the structure characteristics of the underground mall, it is concluded that the main environmental factors influencing rescue. After analyzing the activities and psychological characteristic of human in the fire, it find out the key rescue and provide the basis to reasonable deploying and distribution the limited combat forces.
