Purpose and applicability目的范围 This guideline sets out binding regulation concerning strengthen the external personnel management, clear management norms and responsibility，maintain normal warehouse order. 为加强外来人员的进出管理，明确管理规范和责任，维持正常安定的库房秩序，特制定本规定。 1.2 This system shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation. 本制度从发布日期开始实施。 2. Definitions 定义 The companys internal personnel: associates from other departments, 公司内部人员：其它部门成员。 The companys external personnel: suppliers, visiting personnel, logistics, express delivery, equipment maintenance repair personnel. 公司以外人员：供应商、参观人员、送货物流、快递人员、设备维修整改人员。 3. Procedure 程序 The companys internal personnel 公司内部人员 The companys internal personnel need to provide the name badge and describe purpose to enter warehouse, complying with the dress code. (work?clothes, Safety shoes etc). 公司内部人员进入库房需要提供工牌，表明来意，并且按相关着装规定备好着装（工作服、安全鞋等）。 Need to walk on the specified channel. Cant use tooling and warranty parts without permission. Cant enter into the yellow line inside area without allowance. Obeying the dress code in work area (work?clothes, Safety shoes etc). 在库房内需在指定通道行走，不得擅自动用库房内工具，保修零件。未经允许不得进入黄线区域内。在工作区域内需按着装要求着装（工作服、安全鞋）。 If need to take out the warranty parts from the warehouse,?should be according to the relevant rules filled in the form, and approved by the person in charge. 如须将保修零件带出库房，必须按照相关规定填写借件单，并得到相关人员许可。 Cant take photos and video in the warehouse if without permission of photography. 如没有照相许可证，任何人严禁在库房内拍照、录相。 The companys external personnel 公司外部人员 The companys external personnel need to describe the purpose when he enters warehouse, fill in “area register” (see the attachment 1). Provide the ID card to security guard of warehouse, entrance with the “visitor card” (see the attachment 2). Accompanied by at least one?internal staff of warehouse.? 公司外部人员进入库房表明来意，填写“出入人员登记表”（见附件1）,提供身份证给库房保安，取得“访客卡”（见附件2）后方可进入。同时有一名以人库房内部人员陪同。 Need to walk on the specified channel.
