第42 卷 第1 期 电力系统保护与控制 Vol.42 No.1 2014 年1 月1 日 Power System Protection and Control Jan.1, 2014 微电网并网验收试验规范的研究 1 1 2 1 1 毛 涛 ，乐 健 ，杨志淳 ，黄银龙 ，刘开培 （1.武汉大学电气工程学院，湖北 武汉 430072；2.国网湖北省电力公司电力科学研究院，湖北 武汉 430077） 摘要：依据现有的国内外相关标准和规范，对验证微电网在并/解列过程以及并网运行中是否满足相关技术要求所必须进行 的验收试验进行了研究。结合对微电网并网/解列及并网运行过程中的技术要求，给出了验收试验应具备的条件、测量仪器 设备、验收试验的一般流程和验收标准等。重点针对并解列操作、并网运行时的电能质量参数、逆功率保护和短路保护等关 键操作、运行参数和保护功能的验收试验进行了设计，给出了相应的测试方法、具体步骤和验收标准。该研究为制定微电网 接入验收试验规范提供了较好的基础和依据。 关键词：微电网；并网/解列；电能质量；逆功率；验收试验 Study on the acceptance test specification of the grid-connected microgrids 1 1 2 1 1 MAO Tao , LE Jian , YANG Zhi-chun , HUANG Yin-long , LIU Kai-pei (1.
