精品论文 参考文献 CTA对脑动静脉畸形的诊断价值 南华大学附属郴州市第一人民医院 湖南郴州 423000 【摘 要】 目的：CTA对脑动静脉畸形的诊断价值。方法：使用美国GE16螺旋CT机对我院2009年1月-2013年12月AVM患者30例进行CT血管成像检测，对患者畸形血管团及其供血动脉和引流静脉的情况进行统计分析结果。结果：通过CTA检查发现30例AVM，其中幕上26例，幕下4例；枕叶7例，颞叶8例，顶叶5例，额叶1例，小脑半球4例，海马区2例，基底节区、丘脑及侧脑室体部1例，大脑半球3例；通过CTA检测单支供血动脉20例，多支供血动脉10例；其中单支大脑中动脉供血12例，单支大脑后动脉供血6例，单支基底动脉1例，单支小脑下前动脉供血1例；24例引流静脉属于浅型，其中20例幕上引流静脉经表浅皮层静脉再汇入矢状窦，4例位于幕下的引流静脉则直接汇入横窦，6例引流静脉属于深型，经深静脉汇入直窦。结论：16层螺旋CT血管成像技术能够无创显示出患者畸形血管团及其供血动脉和引流静脉，为制定治疗方案提供了很好的依据。 【关键词】 脑动静畸形；螺旋CT血管造影术；数字减影血管造影； The diagnostic value of CTA for cerebral arteriovenous malformations Zhouhaijun，Luoshuangfei，Lican，Wuqi （The first peoples hospital of chenzhou city a radiology b ultrasound） [Abstract]Objective：the value of CTA in the diagnosis of cerebral arteriovenous malformation.Methods：using American GE16 spiral CT angiography CT were detected in 30 cases of our hospital in 2009 January -2013 year in December with AVM，the results of statistical analysis of patients with vascular malformation and the feeding arteries and draining veins.Results：the CTA findings of 30 cases of AVM，of which 26 cases of supratentorial，infratentorial in 4 cases；7 cases of 8 cases of occipital lobe，temporal lobe，parietal lobe in 5 cases，1 cases of frontal lobe，4 cases of cerebellar hemisphere，2 cases of basal ganglia，hippocampus，thalamus and lateral ventricle in 1 cases，3 cases cerebral hemisphere；detected by CTA in 20 cases of single feeding artery，10 cases of multiple feeding arteries；including 12 cases of single middle cerebral artery blood flow，single posterior cerebral artery in 6 cases，1 cases of single basilar artery，1 cases of single anterior inferior cerebellar artery；24 cases of venous drainage is shallow.Among the 20 cases of supratentorial venous drainage by superficial cortical vein and then to the sagittal sinus，4 cases of venous drainage located under the curtain is directly into the transverse sinus，6 cases of deep venous drainage belongs to the type，through deep vein int
