论文题目: 专 业:: 李谨 （签名）指导教师: （签名） 摘 要 当代城市，尤其是大城市，其空间范围或影响范围在客观上形成以经济发达的中心城市及周边城镇相结合、突破行政区划界限的都市圈，成为现代区域经济发展的一种新的空间单元。都市圈的发展己经在世界及地区经济社会发展乃至政治生活中发挥着重要作用，发展都市圈己经成为一个国家经济社会发展的必然选择。 成熟的都市圈经济发展不受行政区划限制，地区之间呈现出分工合作、优势互补、联动协作的一体化发展格局。但是，我国的都市圈发展不同于那些市场经济高度发达国家的都市圈发展。西安-咸阳地域毗邻，各自为政独自发展，某种程度消弱了两个城市发展的潜力和力度，随着全球化的进程，陕西省的GDP在全国范围内逐渐下降，采取都市圈式的发展，则可以改变空间结构，优化产业结构，提升陕西整体的竞争水平。本论文从都市圈理论的理论进行解析，对西安-咸阳的现状进行分析，论证都市圈的模式是陕西进行经济重组的必经之路。 关键词：都市圈；空间结构；产业结构；西安；咸阳 Subject : Xian – Xian ‘yang metropolitan area and its impact on the development of research strategy Specialty : Geographic Information system Name : Li jin （Signature） Instructor: Guo liyu （Signature）ABSTRACT The Research of Local Governments Economic Behavior inside Metropolitan Circles .
