摘 要 在信息技术飞速发展的今天，出版业要获得更大的发展空间，使出版物真正 做到市场认可、读者满意、企业盈利，必须对传统的出版发行及管理模式进行深 入改革，通过规范管理和科学决策，提高图书出版的信息化程度和水平，优化业 务流程，实现财务、业务一体化，实现业务管理与办公自动化管理有机结合等具 体做法，来实现成本和效率掌控的明显进步、出版质量和销售服务质量的显著提 高，最终实现市场认可、读者满意、企业盈利三维目标的有机统一。 本文将以 X 公司的整个图书出版管理业务为研究对象，通过引入管理信息系 统概念和原则，业务流程优化的理论与方法，对 X 公司的图书出版业务流程进行 调研，分析 X 公司图书出版业务管理流程、组织架构、信息管理、出版管理体系、 市场把握等方面的不足和问题，并提出解决问题的思路与方法，最后根据 X 公司 图书出版业务的实际情况，分别对整个图书出版管理中各个关键业务流程进行目 标与策略的设计，提出对业务流程的优化方案与改进措施。 关键词：X 公司，出版产业，图书出版，流程优化 I Abstract Nowadays in publishing industry, with the rapid development of information technology, in order to get more space for development, to make sure that the publication is accepted by the market, satisfactory to the readers, and profitable as well, the traditional publication and management model must be changed. Possible options of changes might include, standardized management and scientific decision, improvement in publishing and the level of informationalization, optimization of business processes, financial and business integration, business management and office automation integration, improvement in control of cost and the efficiency, improvement in publishing quality and sales services. Through these changes, the targets of being accepted by the market, satisfactory to the readers, profitable for the company itself could be achieved.
