For enterprise strategic target to measure the performance appraisal system is one of the basic tools, in the enterprise to realize its value at the same time, fully exert each employees ability and commercial Banks plays an important role in developing potential. For commercial Banks, how to develop a practical, effective and perfect performance appraisal system, to encourage, promote and constraints, all the operators and managers, and comprehensively improve the profitability of commercial Banks and sustainable development ability and management level, is a vital topic.
