1 Introduction
This report is requested by International Communication Technology in Business : An Introduction. It will analyze the Ice Queen management and help the company to improve the management.
The aim of this report is to identify and evaluate the role of business in decision-making and describe and evaluate data communication systems and new ICT innovations. According to this two part, the report will introduce and evaluate the problem and offer some suggestions for the Ice Queen.
2 Findings
2.1 Three Levels Of Management
The first levels of management is strategic. The strategic management is responsible for making decision and it will affect the whole company . It is to deal with unstructured problem.The information required for decision-making at strategic is to do the long-term planing.In general, it is more than five years. Meanwhile, the information is very wide and it is mainly come from the external sources. From the point of view of the length of time, the time of information required is the longest.
