And also has become extension and main element of the network media, it becoming a kind of new media, we it mobile phone media. The mobile phone media is the tool carrying on information by the mobile phone; With development and popularization of the communication technology, computer technology, the mobile phone media will become be the extension and supplement of network media. With the arrival of 3G (Technology of the third generation of digital mobile communication) times, with the mature of medias idea and operation mode，mobile phone media as the extension of internet media, its advantage has already appeared. And its communication mode is different with traditional mass conununication modes. The arrival of the mobile phone media has brought challenges to the traditional media including Internet too, but also brought opportunities. But they do not set each other against, but also complement and merge with each other. From the development of future, the development trend of the mobile phone media is 3G，multimedia，amusing ’etc. but the mobile phone media needs to overcome a lot of obstacles in the course of development at the same time.
